About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Nivea Reid Reiki London website and to Reiki services arranged with Nivea. Please read them before agreeing to an appointment. An enquiry through the website is a request to start a conversation, not a confirmed appointment.

The Nature of Reiki

Reiki is offered as a complementary and supportive wellbeing practice. Sessions provide a calm space for relaxation and reflection, but no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

Reiki is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment or care. Nivea does not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions through Reiki. Please seek care from an appropriate qualified professional when needed, or appropriate emergency services for an urgent concern.

Client Responsibility

Please provide accurate information relevant to arranging and providing your session, and let Nivea know about any practical circumstances that may affect an online session. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing decisions and for seeking appropriate professional healthcare when necessary.

Please avoid sending unnecessary detailed medical or highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Enquiries, Appointments and Payment

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create or confirm an appointment. Nivea personally reviews enquiries and discusses the suitable service, availability, appointment details and any applicable payment arrangements directly with you.

An appointment is confirmed once the relevant details have been agreed and any required payment has been arranged. Payment is not required merely to submit a website enquiry. The current prices for online sessions are shown on the Services page: 30 Minute Online Reiki is £50 and 60 Minute Online Reiki is £95. Any other service and its price or payment arrangements can be discussed before you agree to proceed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact Nivea as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, a request may not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Nivea will consider the particular situation fairly. Any cancellation or refund terms are subject to applicable UK consumer law and your statutory rights.

Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals

If you miss an appointment without notice, the session may be treated as used, subject to the circumstances and your legal rights. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled session time.

Online Sessions

Please have a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable environment for your online session. If a technical problem prevents the session from being provided properly, Nivea will discuss a suitable way forward, which may include rescheduling.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Information shared in connection with a Reiki session is treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to disclosures required by law or serious safety or safeguarding concerns. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Age Requirements

Reiki services offered through this website are available to clients aged 18 and over only.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be available here.
