These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Nivea Reid Reiki London website and to the booking and purchase of Reiki services offered through this website.

By using the website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Please read them before making a booking.

The Nature of Reiki

Reiki is offered as a complementary and supportive wellbeing practice. It is intended to provide a calm, restorative space and may support relaxation, reflection and personal balance.

Reiki is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment or care. It does not replace advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional, and no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

If you have a medical, mental-health or urgent wellbeing concern, please seek support from an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information where needed, making their own decisions about their health and wellbeing, and seeking appropriate medical or mental-health support when required.

Please let Nivea know before your session if there is anything practical or wellbeing-related that may affect your appointment.

Bookings and Payment

Appointments may be booked through the website. The current booking system allows visitors to select an available online Reiki appointment and complete the booking securely online.

Payment may be required at the time of booking, according to the options shown during the booking process. The website is currently configured for payments in GBP, with Square as the active online payment method.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking should be treated as confirmed once the booking system or Nivea has confirmed it.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by contacting Nivea with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, rescheduling may not be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact Nivea as soon as possible.

Refunds and cancellation rights will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the booking. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will not normally be extended beyond its scheduled end time.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, the appointment will normally be treated as missed. In these circumstances, the session may be considered forfeited and a refund will not normally be provided, subject to any applicable legal rights.

Online Sessions

Online sessions require a suitable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable environment where you can take part without unnecessary interruption.

Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the session as scheduled. If technical difficulties prevent the session from taking place properly, it may need to be rescheduled.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Information shared in connection with a Reiki session will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to applicable law and any safety or safeguarding obligations that may apply.

Reiki services offered through this website are available to clients aged 18 and over only.
