Nivea Reid is a Reiki Master & Teacher with over 21 years of experience practising Reiki and supporting clients through personalised sessions.
Over the years, Nivea has supported people through periods of change, uncertainty and personal reflection, adapting each session to the individual rather than following a fixed approach.
Her work brings together Reiki, attentive listening and intuitive perception in a calm and private setting. Where appropriate, intuitive insights may arise during a session and are offered simply as points for personal consideration.
Following each session, clients receive Your Personalised Session Reflection — a written reflection bringing together the perceptions and observations that arose, together with any practices or suggestions that may support continued reflection in their own time.
The intention is not to tell a client what they should think or do, but to offer a space in which they can pause, reflect and consider what feels meaningful to them.
These reflections are personal and non-clinical. They are not a medical or psychological assessment, and no specific outcome is promised.
